Helene Papadolias is a dedicated consultant with a unique blend of expertise and creativity. By day, she manages Group Retirement Plans (Pensions), guiding organizations through complex financial landscapes with precision and care. By night—and often on weekends—Helene channels her passion for baking, a craft she has elevated through formal training in George Brown College’s Continuing Education Baking Arts program. Her dual pursuits reflect a commitment to excellence and lifelong learning, whether in the boardroom or the kitchen.
In 2022, Helene’s life took an unexpected turn with a lipedema diagnosis, sparking a deeply personal journey of resilience and advocacy. Embracing conservative weight management methods, she has navigated the emotional and physical challenges of this condition with courage and determination. Today, as Secretary of the Lipedema Ontario board, Helene transforms her experience into action—raising awareness, fostering empowerment, and championing systemic change for women across the province. Her story is one of grit, growth, and grace, proving that progress is possible, one step—and one voice—at a time.
