Next up, we have the pleasure of welcoming Amy Beaith from Lymph Well Yoga in Calgary, who will lead us through an engaging and accessible lipedema class demonstration. This session will focus on finding our inner centre and effectively reducing stress, all while enhancing and improving the flow of lymphatic fluid in our bodies.
